Eligibility:Â Markit Health, LLC accepts returns on unopened, non-liquid bottles within 45 days of the original order date. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To begin the return process, please request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by eMailing us at: Service@MarkitHealth.com
Important:
- Return packages must be postmarked within 45 days of your order date.
- Returns postmarked after 45 days will not be refunded and will be returned upon request within 15 days.

Finding Your Order Date: Check your eMail confirmation or the receipt included in your package. If you didn’t provide an eMail address, your order date will be printed on your receipt.
Return Instructions:
- Products must be unopened and in new condition
- Package securely and return at your expense via USPS or UPS to:

A prorated refund check or credit to the credit card on file will be issued once we receive your returned items. Be sure to include your name, phone number, and return address in the package.
