Most Orders from Markit Health Ship the Next Business Day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
- Packages are shipped via USPS.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Priority Mail: 3–5 business days.
- First Class: Up to 10 business days, depending on location
(Note: USPS estimates only reflect time in transit, not processing).
Shipping Costs:
- FREE U.S. Shipping: Orders Over $150
- Standard Shipping Rates: $6.95 per Order
- Exceptions (DAILYMetrix & ION): $9.95 per Order
- INTERNATIONAL: $40.00
International Order Notes:
Markit Health is pleased to offer international shipping to many countries.
Please note that international shipments are subject to factors outside of our control, including customs processing, import regulations, local delivery services, and other shipping disruptions. While we will provide tracking information whenever available, tracking may be limited once a package leaves the United States.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- Customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Markit Health is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or other third-party carriers.
- International shipments may not be fully trackable after leaving the United States.
- Lost, delayed, refused, abandoned, or confiscated international shipments are not eligible for refunds or replacement.
- Customers assume responsibility for complying with all local laws and import regulations applicable to the products ordered.
