DAILYMetrix Usage

Take 1 oz (2 tablespoons) once daily. DAILYMetrix has a tart berry-citrus flavor and should be taken or mixed with a full 8 oz glass of water, juice, or a smoothie for best results.

The suggested maintenance amount for DAILYMetrix is typically 1 ounce per day. While it’s ideal to split the dose—half in the morning and half in the mid-afternoon—taking it all at once often helps with consistency. Avoid taking DAILYMetrix too late in the day, as the B vitamins may interfere with sleep.

It’s optimal to take DAILYMetrix with a full glass of pure water. Do not take it with chlorinated water, as chlorine is reactive with all molecules, including the Humic and Fulvic molecules in the formula, as well as those in your body. In general, drinking chlorinated water can be harmful to your health and should be avoided.

Many practitioners recommend taking DAILYMetrix at least 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after eating, although taking it with meals may be more convenient—and in some cases better for the individual—as it may slow the rate of ingredient absorption. In certain situations, healthcare providers may suggest taking up to 3 ounces per day of the regular concentrate. You should consult your provider to determine the best dosage for your individual needs.

Once opened, it’s best to use within 45 days.
